Rebecca was great. We made a trip to SC from WA State on a scouting trip to look at a couple homes that were open houses. We didn't want to waste anybody's time since our home was not sold yet. We were very lucky that Rebecca was hosting an open house. She was not pushy and allowed us to look without feeling any pressure. We appreciated her laid back approach, so when she offered to show us other homes even though she knew we could be 6 months off (turned out to be 10 months), we took her up on it. She accommodated our schedule and did not make us feel like a burden. She was patient with us and explained all the procedures for SC real estate purchasing, and that was great since we are agents in WA. She was respectful and patient when I questioned how things worked differently than in my own state. This was important so I had a full understanding as we got under contract. Rebecca first help helped us locate a temporary rental while our home was being constructed. This wasn’t an ordinary task, since the rental was less than six months and we asked for it to be furnished. She then guided us through the build process and made visits with us as the home progressed. Rebecca was also able to provide us with everything from mortgage company’s, to home inspectors, and lawyers. She made the entire experience easy.
