Yesha was an amazing agent to work with and my friend who I was buying a condo with ultimately chose to go with her after interviewing multiple agents. One of the key reasons was that she showed us numerous homes without rushing us to make a decision which allowed us to build our preferences as we saw more homes. Additionally, she went through the extra effort to ask local residents next door about how they felt about the condo / townhouse associations, something that our other agents didn’t do. We learned a lot about how we can change an otherwise no-go home into something we want and the effort required. Scott is very process driven and he's got a good process down for understanding what we want, how to view a home, what to look for, how to go about putting in a bid. He gave me a clear structure on how he executes and there were no surprises. He came recommended by a classmate who has transacted on 3 homes with Scott.
