Having completed a home sale, I would say that the assistance I received from Ann Gupta was invaluable in making the entire process go smoothly and quickly, and I would highly recommend her as an agent. From the beginning, she outlined the process, discussed factors to determine an initial listing price, and was responsive to questions. Her attention to the smallest of details was evident during the process of preparing the house for listing, both in determining what potential defects needed to be resolved, and in working with stagers to ensure that the presentation met her high standards. This included her eye towards particulars such as color schemes and decor style, all of which worked out well for attracting potential buyers soon after listing. She was able to not only negotiate an offer I was happy with, but also helped in keeping preparation costs down. I was very appreciative for her responsive communications during the entire process - she was always available to answer questions.
