My wife and me were first time home buyers with zero knowledge and limited budget but we needed a single family home . When house prices reached summit , and we were losing hope , Janet , over a friend's recommendation, came to the rescue . She literally did everything . Right from making us cognizant of every tiny aspects to look for during each house visits till finding and working with lending agents and escrow. All she did single-handedly . She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch and honesty. The way she handled the bidding process is mind-blowing . Not only that , she has arranged all home inspection, fumigation, popcorn ceiling removal and all other services. Literally hand-held us to get into our first dream home. We highly recommend Janet for any real-estate transactions .

Well How can I say Remarkable, caring , thoughful, Listens to what you want and Helps make things run smoother while we were stressed. Great job!!!!! DiPali promise alot when she spoke to us. We thought this can't be true. and thought about looking around for more to interview. As we looked around She wanted to talk more to see what exzactly are needs were. So we decided to go with her, due to rates were good. And maybe it would work out. Every promise she made to us she stuck to it 100%. I can't belive how lucky we were. She was so amazing and worked with us even when things got stressful. It's so hard losing a loved one and selling your home after 50 years . I recommend her to anyone. She sticks to her word and and will work hard and long hours if that is what it takes. You will not regret it if you hire her. Thank you Dipali From the Peitz family to yours !
