My wife and me were first time home buyers with zero knowledge and limited budget but we needed a single family home . When house prices reached summit , and we were losing hope , Janet , over a friend's recommendation, came to the rescue . She literally did everything . Right from making us cognizant of every tiny aspects to look for during each house visits till finding and working with lending agents and escrow. All she did single-handedly . She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch and honesty. The way she handled the bidding process is mind-blowing . Not only that , she has arranged all home inspection, fumigation, popcorn ceiling removal and all other services. Literally hand-held us to get into our first dream home. We highly recommend Janet for any real-estate transactions .
