She has deep knowledge about details in the house which one would not pay attention to very easily and would guide you beyond the appearances on things that would hold value and the ones which won't. Lastly, Kim is a hard negotiator, no matter the value of the house, she would care about every dollar going out of your pocket not in a penny wise and pound foolish kind of way but recognizes the value of hard earned money that we put in the bay area real estate.
