Kim showed up very well prepared with an excellent presentation, after signing with her she had her people working on termite inspections and needed upgrades immediately the next day. We followed her Home improvement recommendations in the house looks fantastic and after she staged it, it looked even better. She started with an open house for three days straight and on day, five took offers and sold the house. We ended up with 1200 views in that five days and she sold the house for well over asking price. She is great knowledge of the market and buyers within less resources to get things done

We purchased our second home with Kim and I just have only good things to say about her. She was on top of things even when we weren't sometimes and if you want to go with a realtor who is looking out for your interests even in your absence then go with Kim. She has deep knowledge about details in the house which one would not pay attention to very easily and would guide you beyond the appearances on things that would hold value and the ones which won't. Lastly, Kim is a hard negotiator, no matter the value of the house, she would care about every dollar going out of your pocket not in a penny wise and pound foolish kind of way but recognizes the value of hard earned money that we put in the bay area real estate.

We sold our first home with Kim and couldn't wait to write a review for her. Kim helped us sell our home beyond our expected value. While selling a home of ofcourse more is better, but when you list it you look at the market comps and make a mental model about the price and any realtor would tell you to moderate your expectations. Kim was the opposite, very bullish from the start and put in a lot of effort in presenting our home with elegance and detail. She suggested improvements which would bring the best out of our home without going overboard with home improvement costs. She worked with the interested buyers responsively and intelligently which helped us sell our home for top dollar.
