We purchased our second home with Kim and I just have only good things to say about her. She was on top of things even when we weren't sometimes and if you want to go with a realtor who is looking out for your interests even in your absence then go with Kim. She has deep knowledge about details in the house which one would not pay attention to very easily and would guide you beyond the appearances on things that would hold value and the ones which won't. Lastly, Kim is a hard negotiator, no matter the value of the house, she would care about every dollar going out of your pocket not in a penny wise and pound foolish kind of way but recognizes the value of hard earned money that we put in the bay area real estate.
