On a beautiful sunny Wednesday we were set to see a series of 8 houses, 2 houses in we felt like we were at home. Despite feeling this was the one, we continued on with the rest of the day and see all 8 houses but our hearts remained with the second home. We decided to place an offer, Tina and her team immediately jumped into action. 24 hours later we got a call from Tina reporting that out offered was accepted, in fact not only was the offer accepted. With her knowledge and decades worth of experience she knew how much the house was worth in that area and was able to negotiate the price saving us tens of thousands of dollars. From that moment on, Tina kept communicating with us efficiently letting us know what was going on each step of the way. All my questions were and promptly and honestly. Rick and his partner, Joanne showed up ready to guide me with the sale and directions on what I should do to make the property sell quicker and for a better price. They helped with suggesting contractors, cleaners, painters, etc. Rick managed most of the projects and guided me. The process of the sale was easy. They gave me confidence that all I had to do is relax and they would take care of everything and they absolutely did. I appreciated the guidance and am super happy with the outcome.
