Meera and Shiv were the listing agents for my home in Almaden Valley, San Jose. My constraints while selling my house were difficult, I was not in the country. They handled everything from remodeling the house to the final escrow. I couldn’t have been happier through the process and the end result. Here are some notable points I would like to highlight: * They were prompt, organized, diligent in listing the house strategically. Their marketing strategy and the way the house was positioned for sale was instrumental in it being sold within a few days of going into the market. This is notable since the actual date of market placement was right before the stock crash earlier this year, and I noticed that almost every similar home listed after mine didn’t sell as swiftly or for a price it should have. Their strategy was crucial and helped in getting it sold under such challenging conditions. * Proactive, prompt and clear communication, especially important since I was across the world in very different time zones. I was in the loop at all stages with what was happening- from prep to challenges along the way to listing, open house reports etc. * They took complete ownership of the entire process. With several new laws like the fire hardening defensible disclosure to name one, they did their due diligence and made sure we dotted our i’s and crossed our t’s * Their negotiating capabilities were spot on and I got better than I expected from the sale. * I felt fully supported as a seller from beginning to end. I was confident throughout that they were representing my best interests. I highly recommend them if you are thinking of buying, selling or investing in the Bay Area.

As a first-time homebuyer in California, I couldn’t have asked for better realtors than Meera and Shiv. From day one, they guided me with so much patience, clarity, and genuine care. Every step of the process was made easier because they took the time to explain things thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and supported. Their knowledge of the California housing market is incredible, and their attention to detail gave me so much peace of mind. They were always available, proactive, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the right home. What I appreciated the most was how honest, friendly, and reassuring they were throughout the journey. Buying a home can be overwhelming, but with Meera and Shiv, it felt smooth, organized, and even exciting. I’m so grateful to them for making my first home-buying experience such a positive one. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for dedicated, trustworthy, and exceptional realtors!

I had a great experience working with Meera and her colleague Shiv. Meera helped me with an investment property purchase in Merced, CA in 2023 and subsequently with my primary residence in San Jose in 2025. She was very patient with us during our search and traveled to various different cities across the Bay Area to ensure we were exploring all our options. She is very knowledgeable about the Bay Area landscape and was able to recommend certain neighborhoods based on our specific family dynamic. We had a 1+ year search for our permanent residence which she stuck with us through and helped us with multiple offers and negotiations. She goes through the disclosures and makes sure to alert us of any red flags with homes we tour. She is very proactive and ensures to stay on top of all the requirements during the inspections and closing process. Additionally, she has many connections with vendors for renovations and repairs which she connected us with post closure. I would highly recommend Meera and Shiv and work with them again for any future purchases.

Tony Ngai has been our family’s trusted real estate agent for a long time, guiding us through multiple home purchases and sales across Santa Clara and most recently in San Jose. Tony is the absolute gold standard of professionalism; he treats everyone with the utmost respect and brings exceptional market knowledge and sharp negotiation skills to the table. He does deep research into local communities and stays entirely up-to-date on market trends. His communication style is flawless—he is always available via phone, text, or email whenever you need him. Most recently, Tony helped my elderly parents sell their home. His endless patience and care were remarkable. He even went above and beyond by attending the final signing at the escrow office in person just to provide an extra pair of eyes and ensure any last-minute questions were answered. Having his presence there brought our family immense comfort. If you want a knowledgeable, dedicated, and deeply respectful agent who goes above and beyond, we highly recommend Tony!

Communication Style Tony is incredibly responsive and proactive. He works odd hours to ensure that communication with sellers happens the moment it needs to. In a market where timing is everything, Tony’s ability to react quickly—and his "tag-team" efficiency with his network of professionals—is a massive advantage. You are never left wondering where things stand. Market Knowledge His understanding of the "bid game" is second to none. Tony does his homework on pricing and agent behavior, which allows him to predict exactly how our negotiation would play out. He knew the seller’s counteroffer before they even sent it. This insight gave me the confidence to move forward without the hesitation that often costs buyers their dream home. Negotiation Skills Tony doesn't just pass along numbers; he strategizes. Because he had me prepared for the seller's reaction, I was able to accept a counteroffer immediately. This speed and preparation are exactly why we secured the property over a competitor who took too long to process the counteroffer. He knows how to push for results and get things done. Professionalism & Attention to Detail What I appreciated most was Tony’s dedication to my time. He filters out properties that don't fit your needs to prevent "buyer fatigue," so every tour is meaningful. When you are at a property, he looks into every nook and cranny, identifying potential issues, re-sellability factors, and minute details like parking, neighborhood, and obscure details that most people would overlook. He is a true advocate for his clients.

Tony is a rare gem in the world of real estate agents. If you're a first-time home buyer, you'd be hard pressed to find a more sincere, transparent and hard-working agent than Tony who operates more like an experienced coach who gently helps you make the choice that feels right for you and your family, steadying your hand from start to finish. Tony was the driving force behind our first-ever home purchase, in San Jose. He put us at ease from the very first meeting, giving us a full overview of the home-buying process and making us feel confident. He then gave us a glimpse of his working style by taking us to tour 3 listings to understand what features to look for and to avoid. From then on, he accompanied us on every single home tour, working with our busy schedules and giving us his undivided attention. He helped us build our shortlist every week, even going above and beyond to check out listings on our behalf. It amazed us that Tony always responded to emails and text messages within a few minutes. His deep knowledge of our target neighborhoods helped us narrow down listings. He gave us his wise counsel as well as the the time we needed to help us refine and identify our must-have and good-to-have requirements in a relaxed and zero-pressure environment. During the final offer stages, Tony was cool and unruffled as he negotiated with the seller's agent to get us the best deal, checking constantly with us to ensure we were all on the same page. He then connected us with his network of lenders which led to our successful, on-time closing. He also connected us with trades professionals and made a very generous gift to cover our moving costs. He even delivered some packages left behind in our new home for a previous resident when he didn't have to. Tony has become a dear family friend now that we've settled into our new home. We highly recommend Tony. He will make sure you have the best experience of finding your dream home and also enjoy the whole process.
