If we had questions she had answers or got answers...an we had lots of questions. As for negotiations we asked for things an she came through or very close to exactly what we wanted..as for market knowledge she had so much info on what's out there. Im not sure what to say here other then all my kids love her an im so fortunate to of met her accidently at an open house now I feel like I have a new friend that even though we have our house she hasnt forgotten us an we will never forget her..she is amazing..

The market being as atrocious as it is right now, and yet her still being willing to help someone with virtually no savings find a four bedroom house in a reasonable price range, is testament to that fact.
