She said that she had a house that she would love to show me and my friend . It was exactly what I was looking for. She explained the details and showed us around. If we had questions she had answers or got answers...an we had lots of questions. As for negotiations we asked for things an she came through or very close to exactly what we wanted..as for market knowledge she had so much info on what's out there.
