I joined the Real Estate Industry and Wendt Key Team Realty in June of 2007 as the Closing Coordinator. In September 2009 I acquired my Real Estate License and in August 2014 I acquired my Brokers License. I bring 20+ years of customer service to the Team, having worked with lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, real estate agents, and of course customers and clients. I've also been awarded the Ohio Association of REALTORS President's Sales Club Award of Achievement from 2011-15, 2018 and Award of Distinction in 2016-17, 2019-24. I was also recognized in 2013 by the Firelands Association of REALTORS for Outstanding Efforts & Results in Community Service on the Real Estate Professionals Committee. Wendt Key Team Realty goes the extra mile, even providing a moving truck for our clients to use free of charge.
I'm a lifelong Sandusky County resident and graduated from Fremont Ross High School, attended Terra Community College for business management and Hondros College for Real Estate. I still reside in Fremont with my husband of 20 years, Troy, and our two children. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, photography, traveling & decorating.

Jill has been licensed since 2004. In 2005 she was awarded the Firelands Assoc of Realtors “Rookie of the Year”. She has received Ohio Association of Realtors Presidential Sales Awards from 2005-2007 and 2009-present!
In 2021 Jill completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations!
Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Jill was a mortgage lender for 10 years. This past experience gives her great knowledge and insight to what Lenders require of buyers and sellers.

Nothing, but a Positive experience!!
With all my "bumps" in the road. Steven guided us through them all!. Checked in on situations and had ideas on way to navigate through them. This was the first home that I had to sell! Steven walked us through the steps from the beginning to the end. He never doubted if the sale would go on! He was Positive, Self Directed, Honest, and his Communication was spot on. He knew the market and kept up with current sales. Helped with navigating during the Negotion stage. Simply an Outstanding Young Man! Thank you Steven for going the extra mile and for taking the extra steps to get this Home sold!

Excellent communicator and listener.
I went in to Went Key due to bad experience with a different realtor. Kelly was the first person to greet me with a smile. She listened to what I was looking for in a house. She said that she had a house that she would love to show me and my friend . It was exactly what I was looking for. She explained the details and showed us around.
