We had an excellent experience working with our realtor Rob! He showed us several homes throughout our search and was incredibly helpful and professional every step of the way. He was always punctual, easy to reach, and quick to respond whenever we had questions. Most importantly, when we finally found the home we loved, he put together a great offer and successfully secured the house for us! We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish!

Understood the market conditions and communicated what to expect in the buying process.

Rob was great at communications very knowledgeable in the marketing aspect and very professional..

Rob was the best we could have asked for. His communication was thorough and clear. He always explained our options and made it sure we knew it was our decision. Rob explained and walked us through every step. The extra time he put in to guide us from start to finish was refreshing. He was even at the closing, where most agents don't attend, just in case we had any questions. Thank you Rob.

Rob was an excellent realtor for us. He’s an incredibly kind and empathetic person. He knows pricing and what the housing market can support in our area. We took his advice and had an offer within two days. His communications were thorough and often. He always responded quickly to any questions. We have nothing, but praise for Rob.

I have worked with Rob on multiple home purchases and sales over the years, and he has consistently exceeded expectations. Once again, he has helped make the sale process seamless from listing to closing.

He offered good advice based on his experience. I appreciated Rob’s calm and factual responses. Rob was consistently positive despite setbacks in the selling process.

Communication was great with a good sense of the market conditions. Rob guided us through the process with ease!

He answered any questions we had. He helped us find people to answer questions he didn't have the answers to.

Responsive and helpful.

If you want to sell or buy a home, Rob is your man. He pays attention to details, does what he says, and keeps you informed. I would not hesitate to work with him in the future.

Rob was quick to return phone calls as well as provide any requested information in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend using him as we have had a very positive experience.
