Steven could not have made our home buying experience more smooth. We had some bumps in the road with our lender and Steven answered all of our questions right away, any time of day. He made himself available to us. His knowledge and expertise helped us so much in our first home buying experience. We had a unique situation and he had an answer for every question about it. He checked in multiple times a week to make sure everything was going smoothly. He was quite literally there for every stage of buying with us. He handled everything for us. He was simply amazing. He taught us a lot about the buying process. We will be recommending him to anyone and everyone we know looking to buy or sell. We can’t wait to use him again in the future! He is amazing!

Cathy was a great help to my wife and I in the selling of our home. She walked us through the process and made sure we fully understood all aspects of what goes into selling a house. She made sure our home was getting the attention needed in order to sell it. She utilized the internet, fliers, social media, word of mouth, and other resources quite efficiently to let people know our home was available for purchase. If we had any issues or questions, she was always available with the push of a button, be it through phone calls, text, or email. All in all, my wife and I had a very pleasant experience in selling our home. The whole process at times can seem overwhelming, but Cathy was able to work us through it and get our home sold.

Kyle was very helpful helping me find, and purchase my first home. We went through many houses together, and even though I was looking for a low cost home he still provided top-notch service. Then when it came to filling out paperwork and finalizing the loan he was there the whole way. I am very thankful for his help. Also, through Howard-Hannah he put me in contact with an insurance agent who was also very helpful. Both Kyle and the Insurance agent used the software "Dotloop" which made the process of signing documents incredibly easy. Kyle is a real go-getter. He may be young, but he is very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience and it shows!
