Jim has been our realtor for the past few l years and he has been able to market several difficult pieces of property for us at a very satisfactory price. We think Jim is very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond to any questions that should arise. He is one of the best realtors in the area!

Jim represented my listing very well. It was not an easy and straightforward type of listing. Jim has the determination to do all he can in order to meet the ultimate goal to do as much as possible to get a property sold. He’s very easy to work with and has a very honest work ethic. He’s one of those realtors you automatically think has high integrity.

We felt Jim was the right person for the job the very first time we met him. Very knowlegable of the market and a person that wanted to know you so he could place you in the right area and the right home. Unlike our realtor that sold our home in Southern CA who never communicated with you. Jim on the other hand was always on top of explaining and communicating with us every step of the way even though we where a few hundred miles away. My wife and I have sold several homes over the years and unlike the other realtors who have you working with several people in their office who you never seem to know just what they do, Jim handled everything down to doing all the paper work. And when it came to a thank you Jim and his wife had taken us out to a really nice dinner. What we came away with is a friendship for life. A great person who knows the makert and really cares.
