Mary Ann worked tirelessly with us for nearly 9 months as we searched for our perfect home in a challenging real estate environment. She knew what we wanted and what we did not want in our forever home. Her knowledge and history of the market enabled her to provide timely and accurate information. And it was her good relationship with other realtors that gave us an edge in securing our home. We could not have found a better person and professional to work with.

Ruby and Patrick were great to work with! They were very responsive, including on weekends, and flexible with our availability for touring homes. They were very helpful answering all of our questions as first time home buyers and connected us with a mortgage broker as well. They helped us find what we were looking for even though there was very low inventory in the area for our limited budget. Buying a home for the first time was stressful, but Ruby and Patrick made sure we had everything we needed and kept us within our timeline. Thank you Ruby and Patrick!
