Uschi was amazing to work with. We arranged an impromptu visit to central coast to view some properties. She made it happen, including setting up an itinerary to view 8 properties with one day’s notice. After submitting an offer and getting the house, she made sure we were always in front of our deadlines. Uschi does NOT “sleep” on the process. She is involved 100% of the time. But, What we appreciated the most about Uschi, is that she is a genuine person. No BS, not pushy, honest and just a genuine human. We don’t mesh well with sales people in general (no judgement, we just don’t) Uschi was far from a sales person, it felt like we were working with family. We would highly recommend Mrs. Fenton, in a heartbeat!

Kim was a pleasure to work with in finding our home! She is extremely professional, responsive, proactive, and accommodating of schedules. We always trusted that she was looking out for our best interests and knew what we were looking for, and she rolled with it as we continually adjusted our parameters in this crazy market.
