On a whim I decided we needed to sell our townhome. My husband who was completely blindsided by my whimsy said "Show me the data first". So, I went online and found out who sold the other unit in our complex. I am so thankful it was Kate. I reached out and she got back to me the same day. We chatted and she jumped into action. By the next morning I had the report I needed to show the husband what I was up to...he looked at the report and said "lets do it." Kate helped us get our place ready to sell ASAP as the market was starting to shift. I believe we had it on the market within 7 days of contact.
