If you are want someone that will look out for you interest, someone that will follow up on everything to do with your sale, escrow and closing, someone that will pre screen potential buyers and not waste your time with lookie lous and someone that will understand your needs when you are buying a home, then Joanna is the best agent for you. But if you like people coming into your home that is not qualified or not really interested, someone that will ignore you once you have signed on the dotted line or someone that will show you anything except what you want, then you might want to get a different agent. Working with Leissa was a great experience for my wife and I. As a former broker I know stressful being an Real Estate can be. Especially in this market.
