During a difficult and challenging selling process, Makeba managed to strike a balance between timely, straight-forward communication; and holding my hand during delays (solar co.), frustrations (buyers' unreasonable demands). She was also flexible and open to my suggestions. Closing was anti-climatic for me, but I was grateful that Makeba was my agent. I would high recommend her.

It's hard to describe perfection but you know it when you see it / experience it. That is Melissa. We could not have had a better experience through this entire process. Melissa is thorough on all issues and I have never had any professional as responsive as she has been. All questions were immediately answered and/or explained and dealt with. Moreover, Melissa is kind, thoughtful and caring which helped our family immensely in the difficult process of selling our deceased parents' longtime family home. While I live in Dana Point and out of Melissa's immediate area, I would seek her out to sell my home in a heartbeat. She deserves 5 Stars and then some.
