It's hard to describe perfection but you know it when you see it / experience it. That is Melissa. We could not have had a better experience through this entire process. Melissa is thorough on all issues and I have never had any professional as responsive as she has been. All questions were immediately answered and/or explained and dealt with. Moreover, Melissa is kind, thoughtful and caring which helped our family immensely in the difficult process of selling our deceased parents' longtime family home.
