Rachel helped us buy our house in Bowie in 2004, and she helped us sell it in the fall of 2020. When we knew we were going to put out house on the market Rachel came and did a walkthrough with us to identify strengths of the property, and places where we should consider improvements. She also arranged for staging and photography when we were ready for the listing to go live. She listened carefully to what our preferences were and did everything she could to get us what we wanted. Anne is an outstanding realtor, who connects with her clients so that she can better understand their needs in finding a suitable new home. She is experienced and well connected with the community, so she gets to know about potential off-market properties that might enter the market. She checks in on her clients periodically to see if there are any changes in our needs in a house and to make sure that we don't get discouraged when it gets difficult finding a house. As we were moving from out-of-state, she made sure to be available during that time and was happy to take us to properties in various parts of town, so that we could make informed decision while house hunting.
