Matt was helpful, quick to respond, and trustworthy. For example, Matt explained to us, as first time home buyers, every step with patience and understanding. He educated us on what to look for in a home. He saved us money by making sure we understood all the insurance costs and not letting us look at houses over budget and even telling us we needed to set a lower budget. That is a rare quality in someone trying to make a living selling houses. His integrity and honesty allowed us to fully trust his opinion when we looked at the house we ended up purchasing. He is a wonderful agent and will do his best to find you the home you love.

My husband and I hate moving, yet after working with AJ to buy our dream home, we both commented how sad we are to have found our forever home because that means we'll never need a Realtor again. Our experience was far from smooth with our home purchase, there were so many hiccups and special circumstances, but every step of the way AJ was there to help us, to reassure us, and to fight for us. He was quick to respond to text messages and emails. His professionalism is top-notch, and his attention to detail and work ethic is absolutely incredible. He calmed me down when I would panic about something, and he would answer questions so thoroughly in a way that I was able to understand clearly what was going on. AJ made a very stressful process as stress-free for us as possible. His list of connections for lenders, house cleaners, and inspectors were all high quality as well. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home now or any time in the future, call AJ. He will work so hard for you and make the process as efficient and stress-free as possible!

This was actually the second time we have used Craig, he also handled the purchase of a home for us in a fashion we knew that we wanted his expertise on our side when selling our home on 59th Terrace. Craig's knowledge of the process in dealing with other agents and the multitude of inspections and remaining rational was very welcome as were the results with a quick sale.
