Words can’t describe how amazing of an experience working with Brooke was. In the end, we ended up taking home almost 14K more than we expected! Brooke also has an incredible photographer which I know went a long way in helping really push our sale. Our actual transaction ended up taking much longer than planned because of multiple errors and miscommunication on the Lender and Buyer side, but throughout the entire process Brooke was ahead of everything and made sure that both parties kept us informed on the status by being extremely firm, while remaining perfectly professional.
