For two years I have been struggling to buy a home and when I did try the realtors or lenders would only give me one option. Every time I would apply they would tell me I didn’t make enough and stopped working with me. A couple of months ago of this year, Joanna would pop up on my instagram because she helped a couple of friends of mine buy a home. My heart was telling me to try this realtor I just had a good feeling. I reached out to her by email telling her about my experience and see if she could help me or guide me. A day later we talked on the phone and she was educating me and asking me questions to see how she can help me. She reached out to her contacts to find more answers and that same day she recommended some programs I could apply for. I applied to one of the programs that provide down payment and closing costs assistance. I met all the requirements. 3 weeks later, I closed on a home and got my earnest money back with a couple more funds. I 100% recommend Joanna because she went above and beyond like no other. I would not have a home if it wasn’t for her. The process was so smooth. She also recommended me to a insurance agent that could help me find a cheaper insurance policy and it help lower my mortgage payment, which I appreciate. If you’re thinking of choosing her as a realtor. This is your sign to choose her. She has a wonderful heart and will do anything to guide you to own your future home.
