Todd was extremely knowledgeable about the market, and buyers in general. His sales “hook” brought people in, and with several other homes for sale in my community, made my property stand out. There were several issues that were out of his control, but he handled them calmly and pragmatically. I have been recommending him to everyone I know. I’d use him again and again!

He was available to reach out to and always answered my calls or got back to me right away. I feel like he really knows the real estate industry. He was a good negotiator and very professional while still being down to earth and easy to communicate with.
