He stayed on top of the buyer’s lender, provided the additional information they requested, kept us informed, and continued advocating for us until everything was resolved. Heather and Shane were an excellent team to sell our home! Communication was efficient, and they guided us on how to prepare the house to sell. Heather and another member of her team even came over for a few hours to help rearrange furniture! They hired a fantastic videographer and photographer to present our property online and also did the Open House in style--there were always 2 agents present and they had "classy" snacks to serve! Selling a house is never an easy thing to do, but they made it as easy as possible!

The bottom line is that we did what we were asked to do, followed instructions, vacated the house early for the first day when there were 9 showings due to excellent photos and 'coming soon' and stayed away all weekend so they could work their magic. They know the area, they know the people, they know the psychology of buyers. You are not selling your house, you are selling the house as they best know how to stage it for the market, not for you. We sold in 4 days with 7 offers, and even more having been possible. While our questions were many, the one things they said was, " You did everything that we asked you to do to make this sell the best it could!" and that sticking to advice was the key to our success and an over 20% increase in sale price.
