Lynne was such a pleasure to work with. This transaction was a little more complicated as the home was held in a trust which involved more paperwork and coordination, but Lynne handled it seamlessly. She ensured everyone knew what the next steps were in order for this to close in a timely manner, would hold zoom meetings with everyone as needed, updated us with progress and helped us better understand which offers were the strongest and why.
