Lynne is fantastic! This was our second home sold with Lynne, the first being during COVID. We thought she couldn't do any better, and she exceeded our expectations again. In such a hot and tricky market, Lynne is measured in her strategy - pushing the limits and testing the market without giving false hope. She is honest, clear and fast communicator, and really treats her clients like family. Can't say enough great things about Lynne. Lynne was such a pleasure to work with. This transaction was a little more complicated as the home was held in a trust which involved more paperwork and coordination, but Lynne handled it seamlessly. She ensured everyone knew what the next steps were in order for this to close in a timely manner, would hold zoom meetings with everyone as needed, updated us with progress and helped us better understand which offers were the strongest and why. I can't say enough about how positive our experience with Lynne was. She's top drawer!!
