Dot Dornsife is a fabulous realtor! We were under so much stress after Mom’s death and Dad’s relocation to Independent Living. Dot was so patient , never rushing us. She understood the situation and offered help at every turn. In addition to compassion, Dot is a top notch realtor. She knows her stuff, helping me navigate electronic submissions to minimize the time I was required to travel around. Her advice when it came to offer decisions, her instincts were dead on, which encouraged me to expect the best for Dad. It couldn’t have ended better. Quick settlement, asking price and smooth all the way. I’ve bought and sold numerous properties previously and can honestly say this was the best experience. Monika Karam , POA

I wanted to have Dot as my Estate agent months before she was aware of my goal. I knew she was familiar and well connected with my community and the type of buyer needed based on her previous experience(s) within the neighborhood. After our initial meeting, she immediately set up a client profile which eventually brought my attention to the home at 1795 Walnut Lane. Dot was extremely professional as my agent…she knew the market and competitively priced the home I was selling making the process seamless….ditto for her efforts on my purchase on Walnut Lane. During this time of my undeniable stress, Dot was a calming influence. I know there were times when I wasn’t at my best as a client and really gave her some difficult moments BUT…Dot only smiled..said and wrote the things necessary to calm the angry beast (me). In the end, all turned out well, mostly due to Dot’s reassuring attitude. Dot is a credit to the industry and I am pleased to now know her not only as an agent but, I also consider her a friend. I would definitely refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She will make the process an enjoyable one. Thank you Dot!!!!

Dot helped my children locate and purchase their first and forever homes as well as my new home. Her patience, attention to detail, knowledge of the market and home details are bar none. Dot's ability to decipher and explain the profound amount of legalese involved with acquisition of a mortgage and paperwork involved in the process made the transition of home purchase much less stressful after living in my home for over 30 years. Dot feels more like a friend than a realtor. I have complete faith in her ability and would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
