Joan was instrumental in guiding us through the complicated process of selling our home of 35 years. Although not first time buyers, we were definitely "newbies" after so many years. Joan helped us through the mountain of paperwork required with patience and expertise and was able to answer any questions that we had. She arranged for beautiful pictures and a virtual tour to promote interest. She assisted us in pricing the house correctly. Once the house was listed we had non-stop bookings in a matter of hours. Marc has a great breadth of knowledge about Philadelphia neighborhoods, real estate and the City in general. This was very helpful in narrowing down housing choices. He was very patient and always rearranged his schedule to accommodate us traveling from out of town. He was quite helpful in the negotiations as well. He also provided great lists of contractors and others for use post close.
