We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor, especially as first-time homebuyers! She treated us like family from day one and was always available to answer all of our questions. We really appreciated how honest and direct she was about every house and neighborhood, and we always knew she had our best interests at heart. She never pushed us toward a home just to make a sale and genuinely wanted to find a place where she knew we could be happy. We are so grateful for all of her guidance and support and would highly recommend her to anyone!

She did more than expected as well as keeping me informed about the process and very quickly responding to my concerns via email and text. She provided help and knowledge with other services involving repairs, inspections and appraisal. She came highly recommended and I couldn’t ask for a better realtor.

Chad is an excellent person and realtor. He listens, and pays attention to what you are seeking and does everything he can to make the process comfortable. He is very knowledgeable while not hesitating to research what he doesn’t know, to make sure he is giving his client correct information. He is patient. He worked with me off and on over a year while I fluctuated on my need to purchase asap or wait a bit. All the while, he was there for me and responded appropriately with wherever my level of urgency was at the moment. With his patience and diligence, we found my house and he went out of his way to assist me in making this decision from 3000 miles away. I highly recommend him. You will not find a nicer, more accommodating realtor.

We had been looking for a home with very narrow and specific criteria, and we started working with Meghan because we had heard she was the person who could make it happen! We worked together for over a year, and Meghan was incredibly patient, proactive, and helpful every step of the way. She helped us stay positive that we’d eventually find what we were looking for, and when we did, she did everything in her power to make sure we put in a great offer and got our dream home! She also helped us sell our previous home, which could have been very challenging as we put it on the market when we had just come home with a newborn. She did an amazing job and not only helping us sell our house quickly, but also surpassed all expectations of what we’d sell it for. As first time sellers, we expected it to be a challenging process and it couldn’t have been easier.
