We had a difficult relocation situation where we moved out of the house already, and he worked all the details for us even us not being present there. He kept in touch, suggested many strategies for selling and he was always available, especially during marketing/open houses. He is an amazing person and a professional for what he does!!

We cannot speak highly enough about Steve. He was able to sell our primary residence as well as two investment properties within two weeks.
