There aren't words strong enough to explain how wonderful an experience we had with Andrea. As a first time home buyer, I had a lot of questions. Andrea was knowledgeable, professional and responsive. She made herself part of the entire process with us. We felt like she was a true ally. Michelle was a very accommodating realtor, who worked with my schedule very well and had a lower rate than some other realtors I talked to. Sometimes I felt like she pushed me to make offers somewhat aggressively, but when making offers Michelle very accurately judged what bids would win and managed to help me win a bid for 20k under asking.

Marc has a great breadth of knowledge about Philadelphia neighborhoods, real estate and the City in general. This was very helpful in narrowing down housing choices. He was very patient and always rearranged his schedule to accommodate us traveling from out of town. He was quite helpful in the negotiations as well. He also provided great lists of contractors and others for use post close.

We cannot speak highly enough about Steve. He was able to sell our primary residence as well as two investment properties within two weeks. Steve was extremely helpful in assisting us with pricing and advertising our properties. He was able to negotiate with first time buyers as well as seasoned investors and ultimately got us a much better sale price on all three properties then we had anticipated. Steve was always professional, pleasant and level headed regardless of the situation; he is definitely an asset to your company.
