Lynne was such a pleasure to work with. This transaction was a little more complicated as the home was held in a trust which involved more paperwork and coordination, but Lynne handled it seamlessly. She ensured everyone knew what the next steps were in order for this to close in a timely manner, would hold zoom meetings with everyone as needed, updated us with progress and helped us better understand which offers were the strongest and why. I can't say enough about how positive our experience with Lynne was. She's top drawer!!

Marc has a great breadth of knowledge about Philadelphia neighborhoods, real estate and the City in general. This was very helpful in narrowing down housing choices. He was very patient and always rearranged his schedule to accommodate us traveling from out of town. He was quite helpful in the negotiations as well.
