Kristina not only found me my forever home but also sold my previous home. There were extraordinary challenges with the selling of my home due to issues that were not revealed to me by the homeowner's association. Kristina helped me tremendously get to the truth of the situation. While 2 settlement dates fell through because of HOA issues that were hidden from me, she ended up finding me the special buyer I needed within a day of the home going back on the market. Throughout this process she was so supportive, going above and beyond what was needed to get my house sold. I wanted to share my story because you never know what roadblocks may arise when buying or selling a home. I cannot recommend Kristina enough.

I was incredibly impressed with Kristina's knowledge and professionalism throughout the entire process. whenever we had questions she was quick to respond. Her guidance throughout the buying and selling processes was extremely valuable. It was an extremely positive experience overall. Her communication skills as well as her negotiation skills made for a stress free experience. I highly recommend Kristina ODonnell

From the moment we reached out to Len about selling our home he went right to work. We’ve never sold a home before so everything was very new to us, but Len helped walk us through every step. He did a very thorough walkthrough of our home and gave us some tips on how to elevate our future listing for potential buyers. After we took in all of his suggestions and did the work we were ready to sell. Not only did Len come and take a few quick pictures of our home for listing, but he made sure each rooms lighting and layout was absolutely perfect. Along with taking out a drone for an even better view of our home… Which was very cool! I’ve never seen any other realtor go to such lengths for listing photos. We immediately were booked with showings within the first hour. Our home sold in under a week for above asking! If you’re looking to sell or even purchase your new home you’ve found the right guy. We can’t thank Len enough for all of his hard work. We only hope others get the opportunity to work with the best in the business!

My fiance and I are first time homebuyers and had no idea what to expect through this experience. Len made sure the process ran smoothly and efficiently with our tight time line leading up to our wedding. He helped us find our dream home to start our life together and raise a future family in! His many years of experience made him an expert in helping us find the right home for us within our budget during a time when prices and interest rates being so high can make things feel impossible. It IS possible for you to find the right home, in your budget, with Len as your realtor!

Len is a super realtor. If you want your property sold , he is the best choice.
