As a first time home buyer, I was nervous going into this process, but Kristina made the process go as smooth and easy as possible. She was available to answer all my questions quickly, professionally, and knowledgeably. She brought me a folder/binder with all the details on each house we toured which was helpful in keeping me organized and informed. She found me the perfect home in South Philly. It is better than anything I could have found myself with my budget! Her negotiation skills were great. She was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Kristina to anyone in need of a Realtor.

Kristina not only found me my forever home but also sold my previous home. There were extraordinary challenges with the selling of my home due to issues that were not revealed to me by the homeowner's association. Kristina helped me tremendously get to the truth of the situation. While 2 settlement dates fell through because of HOA issues that were hidden from me, she ended up finding me the special buyer I needed within a day of the home going back on the market. Throughout this process she was so supportive, going above and beyond what was needed to get my house sold. I wanted to share my story because you never know what roadblocks may arise when buying or selling a home. I cannot recommend Kristina enough.

She went above and beyond to help us work with the sellers to get things fixed, and was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Kristina was very competent, though perhaps a bit too keen on making/closing deals quickly; while either not fully gathering or freely sharing some professional perspectives or considerations regarding specific properties, of which agents are often aware (& buyers are not), and which may be quite influential, important and enabling for clients to make their most fully informed purchase decisions possible.
