From the moment we reached out to Len about selling our home he went right to work. We’ve never sold a home before so everything was very new to us, but Len helped walk us through every step. He did a very thorough walkthrough of our home and gave us some tips on how to elevate our future listing for potential buyers. After we took in all of his suggestions and did the work we were ready to sell. Not only did Len come and take a few quick pictures of our home for listing, but he made sure each rooms lighting and layout was absolutely perfect. Along with taking out a drone for an even better view of our home… Which was very cool! I’ve never seen any other realtor go to such lengths for listing photos.
