I had the good fortune of reaching out to Marcus when I needed a realtor to assist me with a property sale. Not only is he knowledgeable about the local real estate market and responsive with communications, but he also helped walk me through every step of the process while I was dealing with a difficult time. He was more like a partner than just a realtor, helping me coordinate everything from appraisal, clean out and staging to walkthroughs and final negotiations.
