Real estate teams in Lancaster

We are so grateful we found Jennifer Fields to be our realtor. We had a few factors complicating our home search. We were first time home buyers, living in New York, looking for a multi-generational set up with separate living areas, on a timeline. Jen helped us every step of the way, from pre-approval to closing. When we came down to meet her for the first time, she was so helpful during showings. For such a high pressure situation, we never felt any pressure coming from her. She advocated for us, pointing out potential red flags in homes we may not have noticed. This built the trust and rapport needed for us to feel comfortable making an offer on a home we initially only saw virtually. She made a stressful process as simple as it could be, so we could land in a home we truly love. If you're looking for a realtor who is very responsive, a great communicator, experienced and knowledgeable about the Lancaster market, and is a warm and friendly person, we highly recommend Jen!

Jen was fantastic in helping us sell our home. This is the second home we've sold with her and her team. 11 out of 10, no notes. She answered any questions we had, every step of the way, very promptly. We had a time frame in mind and it was adhered to, getting us what we wanted, on-time, with no hassle. Can't recommend Jen and her team enough!

My fiancée Hannah and I recently purchased our first home, and we are incredibly grateful to have had Claire guiding us through the process. Buying a home can be exciting, but it can also be stressful and overwhelming at times. Claire consistently made things easier by being responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to answer our questions. No matter where we were in the process, we always felt informed and supported. What stood out most was her ability to balance professionalism with practicality. She helped us evaluate homes objectively, understand our options, navigate negotiations, and stay focused on finding the right fit rather than rushing into a decision. Her experience and market knowledge gave us confidence throughout the entire journey. Claire was organized, proactive, and easy to work with from our first showing through closing. We always felt like she had our best interests in mind and genuinely wanted us to end up in a home we would be happy with for years to come. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would gladly recommend Claire to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

She takes the time to listen to your wants and needs and genuinely strive to accommodate them throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was her attention to detail—she thoroughly examine every nook and cranny of a property to ensure you have all the information you need to make the best possible decision. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and trustworthy real estate agent!

Gina was great at pricing my home strategically to elicit significant showing and offers. My home sold after being on the MLS for two days at a price in excess of what I had hoped for.
