Our questions were always promptly answered and Jen would reach out weekly to check in if we had any questions as we approached settlement for the sale of our first home. She gave us advice about the timeline for listing our home as it needed to line up with the completion of our new build. She was wonderful when presenting offers and kept us feeling comfortable and updated as offers were received. Claire was amazing and attentive at walking me through the process of purchasing my first home. Very timely communication, extremely knowledgeable and thorough about the process due to her extensive experience, and she is also highly regarded by others in the industry. She is very personable and professional, and I am thankful I had her to guide me through navigating the once intimidating home buying process!
When my husband and I started looking for a house in the Lancaster region, I wasn't sure if we could find anything reasonable within our budget and wants. The task to find the diamond in the rough seemed impossible. After being shown a few places, I wasn't sure if we would ever find a place that had enough of our needs while also fitting our budget. Suddenly, we find this place (1110 Rohrerstown Road), and we asked Doug for a tour of the place as soon as possible, knowing that the market is fast moving in this region. Doug responded quickly, gathering all information he could get about the place for us. Upon completing the tour, my husband and I felt confident that this was THEE place for us. Doug made the process of making the dream come true as easy as possible, and we are now thee owners of our dream home. Doug stayed professional through this entire process, seemed to have VERY thorough knowledge of the housing market in this region, and made all negotiations a breeze. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase or sell real estate within his areas of operation.
