Jerry is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and conscientious to a fault. He conducts extensive research to support his recommendations and his knowledge of the Central Pa Real Estate Market is second to none. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Bonnie helped me through my first home selling experience. She was very professional and patient guiding me in this process. She thoroughly explained all the details. I could call her at any time with questions and get an answer. As I left for my long drive to my new home she asked me to call her and let her know I arrived safely. I would recommend her to anyone selling property.

I've used Steve's services over the years for buying and selling multiple properties. He looks at the "bones" of the house and provides honest, relevant feedback. He sees beyond the staging, and his background helps him to identify any issues that might have been incorrectly fixed/addressed by previous homeowners or tenants. During this sale, I had an issue with the sewer line 2 days before close. Steve provided direction on how to handle this with the plumbing company who had resolved a prior issue one year before by installing and connecting new pipe from the house to the street. The end result is that the issue was identified as a block at the main, the township came out to correct that issue ASAP and the closing remained on schedule. Problem resolved successfully! During this time, Steve kept communication open with both me and the buyer's agent.

Jen was amazing at communication. She kept me up to date every step of the way through selling my house! She gave me very wise council when the offers came in. Jen went above and beyond for me. I was not physically allowed to pick up more than 10 pounds and she helped wrap up some last minute things for the house to be ready to be sold! She negotiated with the buyers realtor efficiently and firmly to get me the best price on my home! I would definitely recommend Jen to any way buying or selling their home! Thank you Jen

Gwenn was really good to work with. I was overseas and she helped me view homes remotely via FaceTime and was willing to deal with the time difference so I could see the homes I was interested in. Highly recommend agent!
