I've used Steve's services over the years for buying and selling multiple properties. He looks at the "bones" of the house and provides honest, relevant feedback. He sees beyond the staging, and his background helps him to identify any issues that might have been incorrectly fixed/addressed by previous homeowners or tenants. During this sale, I had an issue with the sewer line 2 days before close. Steve provided direction on how to handle this with the plumbing company who had resolved a prior issue one year before by installing and connecting new pipe from the house to the street. The end result is that the issue was identified as a block at the main, the township came out to correct that issue ASAP and the closing remained on schedule. Problem resolved successfully! During this time, Steve kept communication open with both me and the buyer's agent.

Bonnie helped me through my first home selling experience. She was very professional and patient guiding me in this process. She thoroughly explained all the details. I could call her at any time with questions and get an answer. As I left for my long drive to my new home she asked me to call her and let her know I arrived safely.
