I have bought home with realtor Naresh Rai Absolutely amazing guy and it wouldn’t be possible without his expertise. He is very expert in explaining each and every detail in house showing. I've used Steve's services over the years for buying and selling multiple properties. He looks at the "bones" of the house and provides honest, relevant feedback. He sees beyond the staging, and his background helps him to identify any issues that might have been incorrectly fixed/addressed by previous homeowners or tenants. During this sale, I had an issue with the sewer line 2 days before close. Steve provided direction on how to handle this with the plumbing company who had resolved a prior issue one year before by installing and connecting new pipe from the house to the street. The end result is that the issue was identified as a block at the main, the township came out to correct that issue ASAP and the closing remained on schedule. Problem resolved successfully! During this time, Steve kept communication open with both me and the buyer's agent.

Absolutely 10/10- with the housing market being crazy especially, you need a realtor like Sean to get you your perfect house and that’s exactly what he did for us. His knowledge of the market and what makes your offer stand out is unmatched. He did go above and beyond as well personally and not just professionally, during this process we lost a very close loved one and Sean reached out and send a hand written card to us which just meant so much to us, you are not just another client. He really went above and beyond in every way possible.
