The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! Sean was fantastic to work with through this entire process, which for us took about 2 years to find the perfect home. During this process Sean continued to check in, showed us many homes and really guided us on everything along the way. Absolutely 10/10- with the housing market being crazy especially, you need a realtor like Sean to get you your perfect house and that’s exactly what he did for us. His knowledge of the market and what makes your offer stand out is unmatched. He did go above and beyond as well personally and not just professionally, during this process we lost a very close loved one and Sean reached out and send a hand written card to us which just meant so much to us, you are not just another client. He really went above and beyond in every way possible.
