She makes it easy with email docu sign or is more than willing to meet you anywhere for signature’s and explanations. She’s very responsive and easy to get in contact with via email, text, phone call, or in person meetings. Whatever method you prefer she’s on it. She studies the market and helps in all aspects of the transaction. If inspection issues come up she has contacts to help and even will do the scheduling and provide the quotes.
