Stephanie is the ultimate realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and professional and her expertise was particularly helpful in guiding me through a competitive bidding situation. What really makes her stand out is how she goes the extra mile to make sure every detail is covered. For example, when an issue arose that could have delayed the closing, she immediately connected the appropriate parties to find a solution which saved the day.
