I already knew the house I wanted, but Stephanie was instrumental in helping me secure it and navigate what could have been a stressful process from start to finish. Stephanie was incredibly responsive, hardworking, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. She was always available to answer questions, explain the next step, and provide honest advice. As a first-time homebuyer, there were plenty of things I didn’t know, but I never felt overwhelmed because she took the time to walk me through every part of the process. I couldn’t be happier with my new home or the experience I had working with Stephanie. Stephanie is the ultimate realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and professional and her expertise was particularly helpful in guiding me through a competitive bidding situation. What really makes her stand out is how she goes the extra mile to make sure every detail is covered. For example, when an issue arose that could have delayed the closing, she immediately connected the appropriate parties to find a solution which saved the day. Likewise, when it was learned during the final walkthrough that the house had not been cleaned adequately, and several pieces of furniture, loads of trash, and packing materials had been abandoned in the house, she immediately got with the listing agent to ensure the house was cleaned and all debris was removed prior to closing. I am so appreciative and grateful! I highly and enthusiastically recommend Stephanie if you are in need of a realtor.

Stephanie is truly the best realtor there is! My husband and I first met her a few years ago when she showed us a few potential homes.
