Cathi was knowledgeable on all steps involved in selling a house. Her prompt involvement in scheduling and organizing meetings was professionally communicated. Cathi was patient and pleasant when answering questions for us. She gave us a timeline for the paperwork and forms that needed signed. Cathi's Communication is always great (not sure if she ever sleeps) Her knowledge far exceeds the knowledge of the market. I feel this is because the FISH Realtors all work together weather they are making money off the transaction or not. They have a wonderful team who strive everyday to put eachother first so everyone can succeed. As for being professional.... Someone need to come up with a word that can be use to describe professional on a whole new level. I recommend Cathi a 1,000% but if you can't work with Cathi for some reason then if you work with a FISH Realtor then everything will turn out GREAT!!!

Our house hunting adventure was over the coarse of a few years. Watching and waiting for our forever house. Anna was there throughout the entire process, from the infancy of feeling out what was necessity and what was a deal breaker. She was always accommodating with showing requests even though they may be months apart, as well as at times helping with short notice requests to compare houses on the market. Ultimately when we chose our house she was ever vigilant with keeping all the moving parts of the buying process on track holding everyone including us accountable for our action items.
