From the very first sit down with Tim to the closing of our first home, it could not have been a better experience. We cannot thank Tim and Frankie and all involved in this process enough! We told Tim what we were looking for and while we were in a tough price range for the current market, Tim made sure we knew everything we were walking into with any home we looked at. Any questions we had, were answered quickly. Any homes we wanted to look into, the showing was scheduled as soon as possible. Tim also recommended a great mortgage company and representative to work with and we cannot be happier there as well.
