If you are looking for an outstanding seller's agent, I highly recommend Darlene Morton. Selling a property in Emporium while living in Pittsburgh could have been very stressful, but Darlene's excellent area knowledge and communication made it much easier than expected. She stayed in constant contact using text, phone, and email so we always knew what was happening. She priced the home right to ensure a fast sale and held firm on negotiations to protect our interests. Beyond Darlene's sharp business skills, she was incredibly kind and pleasant. I high recommend Darlene and would definitely work with her again if need be.

She was super responsive, very proactive, highly professional and helped me make important decisions… About the sale early on before we put the house on the market and then during the sale process. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease with what needs to be done( prep, pprwrk, expectations, etc..) and then walks you thru how exactly it needs to be done. She communicates in a clear and concise manner but she is always friendly and open and helpful. 5 stars for her effort, diligence and confidence. She told me we would sell the house and we did pretty quickly. Very pleased with her process from start to finish.
