She is also very professional and knowledgeable on the whole buying process, explained everything so well and in terms we could understand. She's also easy to communicate with and kept me calm a few times when I was stressing! She was super responsive, very proactive, highly professional and helped me make important decisions… About the sale early on before we put the house on the market and then during the sale process. She makes you feel comfortable and at ease with what needs to be done( prep, pprwrk, expectations, etc..) and then walks you thru how exactly it needs to be done. She communicates in a clear and concise manner but she is always friendly and open and helpful. 5 stars for her effort, diligence and confidence.
